The Fugitive Section was originally created within the Adult Parole Authority in 1992. The section oversees the implementation, monitoring and clearing of warrants of Parole, Post Release Control, Transitional Control and Treatment Transfer offenders who have absconded supervision as well as inmates who escape from ODRC institutions. These offenders are then referred to as Parole Violators at Large. This section connects with law enforcement agencies across the country as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands in order to locate, arrest and extradite these offenders back to Ohio. Additionally, the section tracks Parole and Post Release Control offenders who are released to out of State and Federal detainers

Call your local law enforcement agency or 911 if you know the whereabouts of one of these individuals. If you would like to relay any information concerning an individual on this page, you may contact a fugitive coordinator by e-mail at Fugitive.Val@odrc.state.oh.us or contact the fugitive section at 614-728-1938. All information received will be kept confidential.
