6 December OSP Sponsors Blood Drive December 6, 2018 By ODRC Institutions, Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP) OSP, American Red Cross, Blood Drive 0 Ohio State Penitentiary sponsored a blood drive sponsored by the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross set up in the front entry area of OSP which allowed staff easy access to donate blood. There is a great need for blood right now due to the California wildfires.
