11 October OSP's Women in Corrections Conference October 11, 2018 By ODRC Institutions, Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP) OSP, Women in Corrections, Falling Into Positivity, Todd Ishee, Warden Rick Bowen, Katrett Huckleby, Judge Carla Baldwin, Warden Charmaine Bracy 0 OSP WIC held their first Women in Corrections (WIC) conference at the Liberty Administration Building. The theme of the conference was “Falling into Positivity”. The conference opened up with a speech from Northeast Regional Director Todd Ishee and OSP Warden Rick Bowen. Guest speakers included Katrett Huckleby, Northeast Region Human Capital Management, Judge Carla Baldwin, Youngstown Municipal Court Judge and TCI Warden Charmaine Bracy. The ladies enjoyed a show on what is/what is not appropriate attire for work along with a mime presentation and scavenger hunt held outside in the park.
