10 October NCI and BeCI Staff Collaborate with OSHP on Joint Response to Potential Threats October 10, 2018 By ODRC Belmont Correctional Institution (BeCI), Institutions, Noble Correctional Institution (NCI) NCI, BeCI, OSHP, Cambridge, Safety and Security 0 Staff from Noble Correctional Institution and Belmont Correctional Institution, along with the Cambridge Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol met to discuss staff safety inside their respective institutions. The recent drug exposure at Ross Correctional Institution highlights the need for an effective, joint response plan. OSHP and ODRC employees discussed the procedures and resources that are in place if this type of event would occur regionally. This was the first of many meetings with local support agencies to proactively address potential threats to the safety and security of the correctional institutions.
