13 July Financial Wellness for Staff and Offenders at FMC July 13, 2017 By ODRC Franklin Medical Center (FMC), Institutions FMC, 5/3 Bank, Financial Wellness, Budgeting, Saving, Money Smart Class 0 Franklin Medical Center Partnered with 5/3 Bank for Financial Wellness for staff and offenders. The representative from 5/3 Bank provided information to staff from budgeting, saving, how to cut your utilities bills in half, how to use coupons, home ownership, credit repair, and free resources in the community and on the internet. The next day, the representative came back to provide Financial Wellness to offenders by reinforcing the modules from the Money Smart Class. They were given a chance to ask questions about such topic as; owning vs renting, life insurance for offender, and credit repair.
